Job Description

The Education Counselor will guide students and parents through the process of studying abroad by providing accurate information on universities, courses, admission procedures, and visa requirements. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to build trust and convert inquiries into successful student admissions.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding educational opportunities abroad
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs
• Guide students through the admission and visa application processes
• Maintain updated knowledge of partner institutions and country-specific requirements
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Conduct seminars or webinars to promote educational opportunities
• Maintain records of student interactions and applications in CRM
• Achieve monthly targets for student conversions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Marketing, or related field)
• 1–3 years of experience in education counseling or student advisory roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
