This full-time role is ideal for experienced HR professionals seeking a challenging opportunity during evening hours. The position involves employee management, recruitment, payroll processing, and cultivating a productive workplace culture. Work hours are from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Recruit staff for customer service, sales, and accounts departments
• Provide direct reports and updates to the CEO
• Monitor and manage employee attendance
• Oversee and process monthly payroll
• Foster a positive, healthy, and growth-oriented work environment

Requirements

• Physically and mentally fit
• Minimum age: 18 years
• No criminal background
• Prior HR experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
