Job Description:

MYTM Dukaan is seeking energetic and sales-driven Retail Sales Field Agents to join its growing team. The role involves onboarding and training new retailers, promoting digital financial services (e.g., top-ups, bill payments, IBFT), and meeting sales targets through consistent field engagement and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard and train new retailers on MYTM Dukaan services
• Promote and sell services like mobile top-ups, bill payments, IBFT, and more
• Upsell and cross-sell digital financial products to increase adoption
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
• Ensure retailers understand policies and assist in fraud prevention
• Achieve assigned sales targets through regular field visits

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (preferably in fintech, telecom, banking, or retail)
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned region
