Job Description:

As a Videographer / Editor at Khired Networks, you will ideate, produce, and distribute high-quality multimedia content that educates and engages audiences. You'll work across video, graphics, blogs, social media, and email campaigns to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative multimedia content for Khired Networks and its clients
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Design visually compelling graphics and infographics for marketing campaigns
• Implement media strategies to boost engagement and reach on social platforms
• Ensure brand consistency across all content
• Track content performance and use insights to refine strategy
• Report on KPIs related to engagement, reach, and conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and graphic work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Ability to produce content for multiple platforms and formats
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (HubSpot is a plus)
• Experience handling professional camera, lighting, and audio gear
