Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of complete solar systems across residential, commercial, and industrial setups. A strong understanding of solar inverters and batteries is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, testing, and repairing of solar electrical systems and appliances
• Identify electrical, environmental, and safety hazards associated with solar panel installations
• Conduct site surveys and forward reports to the technical department
• Provide customer support during field visits
• Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance
• Diagnose errors and technical issues
• Perform routine system maintenance
• Measure, cut, assemble, and bolt structural framing and solar modules
• Test, repair, and alter office electrical requirements
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Diploma: Intermediate, DAE, or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of experience in solar installation (residential and commercial systems)
• Age: 18 to 40 years
• Strong understanding of solar systems and components
• Skills in solar system design, installation, and battery management
