Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Dispatch Sales Representative to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating freight dispatch operations. You’ll act as the bridge between truck drivers, freight brokers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely load booking.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new leads for US-based freight dispatch services
• Contact potential clients via phone, email, or online platforms
• Close deals and onboard new carriers or owner-operators
• Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure smooth freight scheduling
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries
• Negotiate rates with brokers and clients when necessary
• Ensure all loads are dispatched efficiently and on time
• Follow up with clients and drivers to resolve any delivery issues

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or dispatch (US trucking industry experience preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of US geography and time zones
• Familiarity with freight dispatch platforms (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, Load boards)
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
