Job Description

Boss Plastic Furniture is hiring a Supply Chain Head to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor relations. This leadership role will drive strategy and execution for ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics
• Oversee procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
• Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Manage inventory levels to meet production requirements and minimize waste
• Supervise logistics operations including transportation and warehousing
• Optimize delivery schedules for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or furniture industry
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and best practices
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficient in supply chain management software/tools
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
