Job Description:

We are looking for a Student Advisor to join our Lahore-based team. The ideal candidate will guide students through their academic and study abroad journey, providing expert counseling and ensuring a smooth application process.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding academic paths and international education opportunities
• Assist with the application and visa process for study abroad programs
• Maintain updated knowledge of educational programs, admission criteria, and visa regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
• Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the student journey
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads and inquiries
• Represent the company professionally at educational fairs or events

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling or educational consulting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to guide and support students effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
