Job Description:

Gold-Stellar Advertising is seeking a strategic, creative, and experienced Lead Social Media Strategist to spearhead our clients’ social media operations. You will be responsible for crafting data-driven strategies, guiding creative teams, and ensuring seamless execution of all social content across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with clients’ marketing goals
• Review and approve content calendars to ensure alignment with strategy and brand tone
• Supervise account managers, designers, and editors for timely and high-quality execution
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, saves) and recommend actionable optimizations
• Conceptualize and lead creative campaigns and trend-driven content initiatives
• Ensure efficient team coordination to avoid last-minute delivery bottleneck

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital media
• Proven experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn content trends
• Familiarity with agency workflows and handling multiple brand accounts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under deadlines and lead cross-functional collaboration
