Job Description:

MAF BIS Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager Operations to lead and supervise a team involved in credit reporting services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate processing of reports, manage operational performance, and implement regulatory and internal process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage analysts, processors, and support staff involved in the credit reporting process
• Set team performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide regular feedback
• Develop and implement internal training programs to enhance staff skills
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the credit report process from data collection to report delivery
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely processing of all credit reports
• Conduct audits to detect errors and enforce corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, or MCom
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in credit reporting or financial services
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of customer satisfaction management
• Experience with vendor management and service-level agreements
