Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Experienced Bidder to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning projects on freelance platforms (especially Upwork) in the areas of web development, digital marketing, and social media. You’ll play a key role in expanding our project pipeline by crafting effective, tailored proposals and managing bidding activities strategically.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze project listings on Upwork and other freelance platforms
• Assess project requirements and determine suitability for bidding
• Write compelling, customized proposals that showcase our capabilities
• Track and manage submitted bids and follow up on active opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends in web development, digital marketing, and social media
• Enhance existing bidding strategies and proposal templates for better conversion
• Communicate with the internal team about ongoing bids and potential leads

Requirements:

• 1+ year of proven experience in freelance bidding, preferably on Upwork
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent research and comprehension abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on proposal quality
