Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Markeltree in Bahadurabad, Karachi. In this role, you will be on the front lines of business development—identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential clients who can benefit from our digital services. This position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in outbound sales, gain experience with industry-leading tools, and contribute directly to company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients across various industries
• Reach out to leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Lusha to manage and qualify leads
• Clearly communicate Markeltree’s service offerings to prospects
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for senior sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance outreach
• Monitor outreach performance and optimize messaging to improve conversion

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with outbound sales, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets
• Interest in technology, digital services, and client solutions
• Minimum education: Intermediate / A-Level
