Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who excels in Figma to join our design team. You will be responsible for transforming concepts into visually compelling and user-centered web and mobile interfaces. Your work will directly impact the quality of user experience across our digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure consistency and feasibility
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and functional designs
• Conduct UX research and competitor analysis when needed
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing
• Deliver pixel-perfect assets and design documentation for developers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong Figma portfolio
• Proficiency in user-centered design, responsive design, and usability principles
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems
• Knowledge of UX research methods and the ability to interpret findings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design
