We’re looking for a Content Editor who sees both the forest and the trees—someone who understands content in context. This role goes beyond grammar checking; you’ll be a partner to writers, a quality steward, and a strategic thinker ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand and audience. This is an ideal position for someone who helps good writers become great and makes great content even better.
Responsibilities:
- Review, edit, and polish various content types, including product descriptions, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback that helps writers grow and enhances content quality.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and SEO specialists to align copy with broader goals.
- Maintain and evolve content guidelines and tone of voice documents.
- Spot inconsistencies in logic, structure, and clarity—not just grammar and syntax.
- Ensure content meets SeeBiz’s standards for accuracy, brand consistency, and usefulness for our B2B audience.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in content editing, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
- Strong command of language and editorial standards.
- A strategic mindset that understands content’s role in the larger marketing and business ecosystem.
- Meticulous attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple content streams.
