Job Description:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Monitor project costs and variations; prepare and submit valuation reports. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify work done for interim payments. Support cost control measures and identify areas for cost reduction., Prepare final accounts and reconcile with contractors/suppliers. Maintain detailed records of QC and QS financial transactions and project documentation.
