Millions Bit Technologies is seeking a motivated Upwork Bidder with 6 months to 1 year of experience in freelance bidding. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, submitting compelling proposals, and maintaining consistent communication with potential clients on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

Responsibilities:

• Create, customize, and submit proposals on Upwork.
• Identify potential clients and ensure a high response rate.
• Engage clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain regular communication for client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Meet monthly targets for proposal submissions and project wins.

Requirements:
