• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Manage job postings, candidate communications, and offer processes
• Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labour laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
