Job Description:

Wise Freight Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant – Sea Operations to support its freight forwarding activities in Sialkot. The role involves assisting with documentation, shipment coordination, customer communication, and smooth execution of sea freight processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sea freight documentation and filing
• Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams
• Maintain shipment records and track deliveries
• Communicate with clients regarding shipping schedules and updates
• Support the operations team in day-to-day activities
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools
• Basic understanding of sea freight/logistics operations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
