Job Description:
We’re hiring a Senior Python Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience. You’ll be responsible for developing modern backend solutions, working with both relational and non-relational databases, and writing efficient, maintainable code with the help of modern programming paradigms and AI tools. This role demands solid planning, clean documentation, and active collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain robust, scalable backend systems in Python
• Design systems using both object-oriented and functional paradigms
• Integrate with various types of databases (relational, NoSQL, vector)
• Manage source code using Git and collaborate via version control
• Employ asynchronous, multithreading, and multiprocessing where needed
• Use AI tools for code generation, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and QA teams
• Participate in agile development cycles

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and full-stack fundamentals
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Agile is a plus
• Must be able to work on-site in Sialkot
