Job Description:
Suave Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring supply chain strategies to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Recommend process improvements
• Work with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart
• Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and manufacturing to choose vendors
• Build relationships with global vendors
• Track and report on KPIs
• Ensure smooth logistics operations
• Maintain inventory and supply chain records
• Develop cost-effective solutions
• Handle delivery delays or issues
• Coordinate interdepartmental growth strategies
• Implement safety standards across operations
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards
• Negotiate with suppliers for favorable deals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• 4+ years of supply chain experience
• Hands-on experience with supply chain management tools
• Strong understanding of logistics, 3PL, and vendor relations
• Night shift availability (Eastern Time Zone)
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Lahore
