Job Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical optimization of industrial production machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of slitters, rewinders, printing machines, cutters, and loader systems through proactive maintenance and quick fault response.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on slitters, rewinders, printing machines, cutting machines, and loader systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimize downtime
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain detailed service records
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest mechanical improvements
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure machine readiness and compliance
• Maintain spare parts inventory and oversee timely procurement
• Ensure all tasks meet safety, quality, and operational standards

Requirements:

• Experience with industrial machinery maintenance
• Familiarity with slitters, rewinders, and web handling systems
• Knowledge of tension control and roller alignment
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical inspection skills
