Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The primary role of the Sales Executive is to identify, approach, and secure potential clients and investors for the company’s solar energy solutions. Candidates with a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of renewable energy markets are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients and investors for solar energy solutions.
- Generate leads through direct visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Present and promote company products and investment plans to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution proposals and project details.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and client feedback.
- Report regularly to the sales Director on progress and market insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matriculation or Intermediate education with relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (solar or energy sector preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.
