Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Civil Supervisors / Civil Engineers with at least 3 years of experience in managing construction projects. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Preference will be given to candidates willing to work on projects in other cities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Monitor and maintain safety standards on the site
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers
• Prepare reports and documentation on project progress
• Handle cost control and budget management for construction projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Diploma in Civil Engineering (DAE Civil) or BSc in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction site management and supervision
• Good understanding of construction cost control and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work on projects in other cities (preference for candidates willing to travel)
