Job Description:

We are hiring a seasoned Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, drive productivity, and ensure safety standards. The ideal candidate will lead production teams, coordinate with upper management, and implement efficient workflow strategies to maintain high output with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:

• Motivate, support, and guide production staff

• Ensure all safety and health regulations are strictly followed

• Communicate regularly with upper management about production-related issues

• Evaluate machine and resource efficiency to minimize downtime

• Balance productivity goals with cost-efficiency in operations

• Set clear productivity targets for teams

• Develop and enforce workflow policies and procedures for improved efficiency

• Ensure effective and adequate staff scheduling

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• 10 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience (preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in managing safety standards and production schedules

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
