Job Description:
An Order Booker plays a critical role in the sales and distribution chain by collecting orders from retail outlets, ensuring product availability, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily to take orders for products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and shopkeepers.
• Ensure product visibility and availability in the market.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Communicate promotions, discounts, and new product launches to retailers.
• Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, visits, and collections.
• Handle minor customer complaints and escalate major issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or Graduation will be preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in field sales, distribution, or FMCG is preferred.
