Responsibilities

• Respond to potential Travel and Tourism leads over the call
• Understand the client's travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
• Provide clear, persuasive, and tailored communication to convert leads into sales
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up schedules
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and packages
