Job Description:

We are hiring a Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and organizing travel itineraries, bookings, and accommodations. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice, manage travel arrangements efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine travel needs, preferences, and budget
• Research and recommend destinations, travel routes, and accommodations
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services
• Provide clients with travel documents, itineraries, and relevant information
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company and client policies
• Handle changes, cancellations, and resolve travel-related issues
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and COVID-19 protocols
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Proficiency with booking systems and travel software (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Sabre)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure
