Responsibilities:

• Project Identification: Search for and identify relevant projects on Upwork that match our service offerings.
• Proposal Crafting: Create customized, high-quality proposals tailored to meet client needs and expectations.
• Client Communication: Engage effectively with clients to gather project requirements and clarify expectations.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables to successfully close deals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a high response rate and foster positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Activity Tracking: Monitor bidding activities, track outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Client Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp client requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
• Proven Track Record: Experience in generating targeted leads and closing deals ranging from $500 to $2000.
