Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Islamabad. We are looking for individuals with experience in study visa consultancy, particularly those who have worked as an Admission Officer or Student Counsellor and have participated in study abroad educational expos. The role involves assisting students interested in studying abroad (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe), managing the enrollment process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth transition for students. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Guide students regarding study abroad options and admission processes
• Handle applications and documentation for international universities
• Manage admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment
• Participate in educational expos and seminars
• Maintain accurate student records and case files
• Coordinate with internal teams and international institutions
• Provide visa counseling and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic record
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (study visa consultancy/admissions)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple student cases
• Proficiency in visa process handling
