Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Interns to join our dynamic IT team. This unpaid internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining an organization’s IT infrastructure within a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Set up user accounts and workstations
• Perform regular system updates and backups
• Document and track technical issues and solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient IT operations

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Preference for CCNA/CCNP certification candidates
