Job Description

Build and maintain complex pharmacy/medical billing systems using a modern frontend-heavy full-stack approach. Collaborate with a distributed team in the US and Pakistan to develop and launch a new product in a niche healthcare market. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Implement SQL triggers, functions, and performance-optimized queries. Use Docker and CI tools for containerization and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Create and optimize backend services using Node.js
• Write high-performance queries and functions in PostgreSQL
• Manage code versioning, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure unit test coverage and code quality standards
• Participate in system architecture design and code reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with modern frontend stacks
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with React
• Strong command of TypeScript and vanilla JavaScript
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and command-line tools
• 2+ years experience with Node.js (Koa is a plus)
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, with experience in SQL triggers and functions
