Job Description

Topspot Media, a global digital media agency, is seeking a proactive and organized Line Production Manager with over 3 years of experience. The role focuses on overseeing the scouting, selection, and management of large-scale manufacturing factory locations for production. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of production logistics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and obtain shoot permission for the product
• Prepare location presentations for creative approval
• Manage location permits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate contracts and legal documentation with factory owners and municipalities
• Assess locations based on access, parking, electrical needs, lighting, sound, and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a production management role with experience in leading shoots.
• Proven experience in location scouting and/or management.
• Strong knowledge of local geography and permitting processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
