Job Description:

We are offering a 3-month on-site internship opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Store Virtual Assistant to support our online store operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, customer service, and digital content management.

The selected intern will work closely with our in-house team to learn and contribute to real-world e-commerce processes, including product listings, order processing, AI image generation, and more.

Responsibilities:

Store Management:

• Manage product listings, updates, and inventory across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, Amazon)
• Upload new product information, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overselling
• Process new orders and ensure timely dispatch
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, or shipping partners as needed
• Track shipments and update customers with relevant tracking information

Requirements:

• Passionate about e-commerce and digital business

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Etsy)

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools
