Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Manager to lead our female telesales team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, setting sales goals, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position within the construction/metals industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback

• Handle escalated client queries with professionalism

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a telesales supervisory or managerial role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results

• Minimum education: Bachelor's (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
