Job Description:

Datum Labs is looking for a results-driven and passionate AI/ML Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize state-of-the-art AI models. This role involves working with deep learning, generative AI, and neural networks to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to real-world AI applications, and support customer discussions with insights that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and fine-tune AI models including LLMs, diffusion models, and neural networks.

• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.

• Implement vector databases like Weaviate and Pinecone for AI applications.

• Optimize deep learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Align AI development with business goals through team collaboration.

• Ensure AI model fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation.

• Participate in customer discussions, providing actionable insights.

• Deploy AI models with intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Implement MLOps practices for lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.

• Proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Hugging Face Transformers, Diffusers.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization.

• Experience with unstructured data analysis and visualization tools.

• Familiarity with model deployment using FastAPI or Flask.
