Job Description:

We are hiring experienced B2B and B2C Call Center Sales Experts for our Energy Saving and Solar Campaigns. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive selling, and the ability to close sales effectively. This is a night shift position based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi with high earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in B2B and B2C segments

• Promote energy-saving and solar solutions with confidence and clarity

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM

• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive brand image

• Collaborate with team members to optimize campaign performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in call center sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in energy or solar campaigns

• Strong English communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work night shifts

• Result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales

• Must be located in or near Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi

• Comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales data

• Positive attitude and team spirit
