Job Description:

We are hiring a Machine Operator for our manufacturing unit in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate should have a DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field and be passionate about machine operations and production efficiency. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines according to company standards

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues

• Ensure smooth production flow with minimal downtime

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness

• Log production data and escalate issues to supervisors

• Meet daily production and quality targets efficiently

Requirements:

• DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant field

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a production environment

• Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance

• Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure

• Good teamwork and communication skills
