Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for fragrance solutions across multiple industries including personal care, home care, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and more. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of industrial fragrance marketing and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for fragrance products

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries

• Lead sales campaigns and manage key accounts

• Collaborate with product development and R&D teams for customized solutions

• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing approaches accordingly

• Manage marketing budgets and campaigns

• Lead and mentor a marketing team to meet performance goals

• Deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related field preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance marketing or relevant industry

• Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing strategy

• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills

• Ability to work across cross-functional teams

• Understanding of the chemicals or fragrance industry is essential

• Male candidates preferred

• Based in Lahore or willing to relocate
