Job Description:

Oversee the management of construction sites, interior renovations, and commercial site projects. Handle client dealings, ensuring projects are completed to client specifications while maintaining quality, timeline, and budget. Supervise construction activities, ensuring all safety and regulatory standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall construction site operations, including interior renovations and commercial site management.

• Oversee and coordinate all stages of construction or renovation projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety standards.

• Handle client communication, ensuring their requirements are understood and met throughout the project.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, handle cost estimation, and ensure financial efficiency (Quantity Surveying).

• Supervise a team of engineers, laborers, and contractors.

• Ensure the adherence to building codes, regulations, and construction safety practices.

• Conduct site inspections and provide timely updates to clients and senior management on project status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site management, renovation, or similar roles.
