AffinityVibez is a business management consultancy company that works with businesses of all sizes across various industries. As a growing company, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to work closely with the CEO and upper management team to establish quality benchmarks, ensure services meet customer expectations, and improve operational performance. This role is essential to ensure that all services align with company standards and deliver cost-efficient, high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and management team to set quality benchmarks and create standards based on business and customer expectations.

• Ensure that services meet customer demands and quality expectations at all times.

• Identify and implement quality control processes to monitor and maintain service quality.

• Execute tests to ensure that final services adhere to company standards.

• Contribute ideas to enhance productivity and performance while maintaining quality.

• Make decisions that balance cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.

• Work closely with development and technical teams to improve and enhance existing services.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior experience in the Customer Service industry or Quality Assurance is preferred, or experience in a similar environment.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen, present, and question.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent skills in problem analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, and identifying recurring problems.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
