Job Description:

We are seeking an Optic Fiber Technician with at least 1 year of experience to support our growing operations in the accounting industry. This full-time, permanent position is based in Saddar Town, Karachi, Pakistan. As an Optic Fiber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting optical fiber networks and their components.  Regular inspections will be required to ensure the optimal performance of the network. You will also collaborate with IT teams to implement and improve network solutions, while documenting all maintenance and repair activities.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot optical fiber networks and their components.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the network operates optimally and efficiently.

• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and improve network solutions.

• Document all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed on the optical fiber networks.

• Assist in upgrading and expanding existing fiber optic installations.

Requirements

• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with optical fiber networks.

• Optic Fiber Knowledge: Solid understanding of fiber optic technology, components, and functionality.

• Installation Process: Proficiency in the installation of fiber optic cables, equipment, and related hardware.
