Job Description:

We are hiring for a Day Shift Call Center Representative for a UK-based service project in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a non-sales, non-target-based role with fixed salary and bonuses. No prior experience or professional English required—basic communication skills are sufficient. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound service-related calls for UK-based clients

• Communicate in English or regional languages based on client needs

• Follow call center protocols and provide efficient service

• Attend training sessions and implement learned practices

• Maintain punctuality and professional conduct
