Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to build scalable and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences. You’ll work with modern technologies like Node.js, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms while mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features.

• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external use.

• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

• Ensure security and data protection best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development, focusing on Node.js.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming.

• Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.

• Proficiency in databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Familiarity with microservices, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

• Experience with unit testing and integration testing tools (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
