XperLabs is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder (Female) to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have strong written and spoken English skills to communicate effectively with international clients. While prior experience with Upwork is a plus, we are open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Write and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork.

• Communicate with potential clients professionally and confidently.

• Understand project requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.

• Collaborate with the team to optimize bidding strategies.

• Achieve sales targets to earn additional commissions.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

• Basic knowledge of Upwork (a plus but not mandatory).

• Strong ability to write engaging and persuasive proposals.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

• Ability to work on-site during the night shift at our Karachi office.
