Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Recruitment Specialist to source, engage, and connect industry experts with clients. This role involves outreach via Zoho email and LinkedIn messaging to identify and recruit qualified professionals. It is a commission-based, remote position requiring a dedicated commitment of 8 hours per day with flexible timing.

Responsibilities:

• Send emails via Zoho to experts and clients
• Message potential candidates on LinkedIn to generate leads
• Review and source expert profiles for client projects
• Ensure experts complete screening/introductory questions
• Submit experts to the client for consideration
• Track expert engagements and credit earnings

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
• An updated LinkedIn account with 100+ connections
• Strong communication and outreach skills
• Availability to commit 8 hours per day (flexible timing, but consistent effort required)
• Ability to track and manage expert submissions and credits efficiently
