Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee our design, development, and SEO teams. The role involves managing client onboarding, aligning project tasks, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and beyond expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage design, development, and SEO teams for efficient collaboration.
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Assign tasks to team members while fostering growth and skill development.
• Create and maintain project plans, monitor deadlines, and meet milestones.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks across departments.
• Handle client communication via calls, WhatsApp, Upwork, and other platforms.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and the CEO.
• Monitor employee performance, assess hiring needs, and recommend team expansion.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by managing expectations and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a web design and development agency.
• Strong understanding of web design, development, and SEO processes.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
