Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our call center team in Faisal Town, Lahore. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting appointments, and generating leads for the sales team through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
- Engage prospects, gather relevant information, and set appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet lead generation targets
- Follow up on leads to ensure a smooth sales transition
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (neutral or US accent)
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated with strong persuasive abilities
