Job Description:

Shark Innovation Labs is expanding its team and seeking fresh Industrial Engineering graduates for the role of Jr. Process Analyst. In this role, you will work on business process analysis, optimization, and implementation across multiple sectors, including finance, recruitment, transportation, and warehousing. You will interact with key stakeholders, document business requirements, and enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose optimized solutions.
• Develop process maps and SOPs to document as-is and to-be workflows.
• Lead the implementation of new processes, ensuring smooth integration.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track process performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and support processes.
• Assist in training team members and support process adoption.
• Create and maintain meeting minutes, schedules, and project summaries.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams for system modifications and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in analytical tools, spreadsheets, and flow-charting software (Excel, Power BI, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, etc.).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand and execute delegated objectives.
• Professional meeting and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
