Job Description:

We are looking for a Purchaser to join our team in a full-time, site-based role. The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing food products, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The role also involves analyzing market trends, evaluating supplier performance, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure food products from reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize costs.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Track and ensure timely delivery of purchased goods.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase planning.
• Knowledge of purchase procurement processes and supplier management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
