Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack MERN Developer to join our team. The role will be remote in March and transition to an office-based position in Lahore from April. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management using MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
